You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and any special instructions. You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.


  3. Ordering and Payment Orders can be placed through our website or mobile app. Payment can be made by credit or debit card. All prices are in GBP or local currency and include any applicable taxes and delivery fees. We reserve the right to change prices and fees at any time without prior notice.


  4. Delivery We will make every effort to deliver your order at the requested time, but we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund. You agree to be available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time. If you are not available, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for delivery at a different time or date. If we are unable to contact you or arrange for delivery, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.


  5. Cancellation and Refunds Orders can be cancelled up to 10 minutes after the order is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you cancel an order after this time, no refund will be issued.


  6. Intellectual Property All content on our website and mobile app, including text, images, and logos, are the property of Diallo Eats and protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content without our permission.


  7. Limitation of Liability Diallo Eats is not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or personal injury, arising from the use of our service. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the food or grocery products delivered by our partner restaurants and stores.


  8. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
